ASSEMBLY


Position Responsibilities:
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.  Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.  Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.  Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.  Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.  Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.  Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.  Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN


​​Summary:
Will perform general maintenance tasks to include servicing and repairing machines, devices and equipment within a manufacturing setting. 

Position Responsibilities:
Technician qualified to maintain all equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient working condition.  Maintain effective preventive maintenance program to minimize unscheduled down time.
Assure that production equipment is capable of producing within the specifications and tolerances established by the equipment manufacturer.  Maintain all plant transportation equipment.
Maintain an update equipment, facility records and procedures such as equipment manuals, schematic drawings, and facility drawings.
Experience with CNC controls, PLC’s, interfacing, pneumatics and hydraulics.   Ability to read and understand electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics, drawings, and blueprints.
Ability to use hand and power tools and electrical test equipment to repair industrial equipment.  Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems related to electrical/electronic machinery and equipment. Knowledge of lockout/tag out procedures.  Use of safety protective equipment required.  Other duties as assigned by management.


PROGRAM MANAGER


Position Responsibilities:
Program management for all new programs.  Track schedules, and resources to ensure program is delivered on time, with 100% quality.
Communicate with department managers, and leads to set and drive the schedule.  Communicate with customers, status program, incorporate changes, ensure ON TIME DELIVERY.  Work with General Manager an0d Department Managers to ensure proper resources exist to support the current programs.  Help develop the budget (People, Machines, Start up Cost) measure the performance of budget vs actual
Work with the estimating department to measure the estimated vs actual of the project, and individual parts.  Develop metrics to show progress and report internally, and externally.  Maintain Access DB for new programs.  Utilize MRP system to ensure all tasks are being completed as necessary.  Once a program completes compile all project data (budget, and financial performance) to review with the leadership team.

Qualifications, Skills, Education, and Experience:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree.  Minimum of 3 years of previous Managerial responsibility.  Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening) and organizational skills; being able to interact well with customers, management, administration, and production while satisfactorily completing multiple assignments in a timely fashion.
Leadership skills, has positive ‘can do’ attitude, ability to motivate, influence, and foster loyalty.  Results oriented and takes ownership. 
Must possess exceptional judgment, initiative, discretion, tact, and personality in all areas of responsibility while maintaining high levels of confidentiality. Creative, problem-solver, sound decision maker.
Solid computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.

Effective use of a computer keyboard.  Effective use of telephone and other applicable electronic communication equipment.
View machines and other operations as part of the manufacturing process.  Verbal communication with plant personnel and management.  Occasional requirements may include standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, and lifting and carrying a minimum of 25 lbs.

The General Manager will provide the strategic vision, overall direction and leadership to the management team and workforce with the goal of generating maximum efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Provides insight and leadership in driving the plant’s improved performance through employee involvement, employee development and lean manufacturing.  The General Manager participates in the development of long range goals, strategies and objectives and develops initiatives at the plant level.  Performs the duties personally and through subordinate managers and supervisors.

MACHINIST

Position Responsibilities:
Run production on CNC machining center.  Can set-up all CNC machining centers in time allotted within the work order.
Check and monitor parts that are being run on machine.
Understand dimensions and tolerances of blue prints at an advanced level.  Deburr and blend parts as required.  Produce parts at or exceeding the recommended standard.  Capable of troubleshooting and correcting all issues relating to CNC machine and/or part.  Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.  Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.  Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.  Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.  Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  Able to work independently with minimal assistance.
