How to enter the train station at Systech

1420 S. Cement Road

As the morning will be a bit chilly and you will be outside until you board, we recommend dressing accordingly.

We expect that the train will make its appearance right before 9:00am so there is no need to arrive before 8:30am for the first ride - arriving earlier will not get you onto the train sooner. 11am riders do not need to arrive earlier than 10:30. Please have your tickets ready for the conductors. You will need a ticket to board; babies and toddlers may sit on your lap and all persons using a seat will require a ticket, no exceptions.

Only one vehicle entrance is available for this event - please follow the signs that are posted along the roads. You will enter through the main Systech entrance (not the entrance by the cemetery), pass the guard shack and lift gate, then turn left and enter the Lafarge parking lot. From there you will have direct access to the vendor and boarding area. Portable restrooms and a wash station will be on location. Vendors will be open upon the return of each ride and Santa will be greeting the children for photos as well.

Because we have 480 riders (240 each ride), we ask that you visit with Santa and the vendors *after* your scheduled ride so that each ride can stay on schedule. We'd also like to keep all the children in good spirits while they wait for Santa and this should help.

Because this is a 1940s train in original condition, all strollers, car seats, wheelchairs, and other bulky items will be left at the boarding station. People needing assistance onto the train will be helped by the train conductors.
